Jean Arnold invited to participate in NYC exhibition, and written up on blog

Charles Cajori, an East Coast painter, has invited Jean Arnold to participate in an “artists’ choice” group show at Lohin Geduld Gallery in New York City. The artists that Lohin Geduld represents will be in this group show, and have been asked to select one artist to also be in the show with them.   In 2001, Cajori was awarded a Guggenheim Fellowship.  Other awards include Benjamin Altman Figure Prize; NEA Grant; Louis Comfort Tiffany Award; Ranger Fund Purchase Award; and a Fulbright Grant.  His work is in the collections of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, NY; Hirshhorn Museum, Washington, DC; and Whitney Museum of American Art, NY.

Jean was also recently noted on the terrific adobeairstream contemporary art blog, which you can read online at adobeairstream.com
